Our story
Made for wet, cold, high country
Merino wool keeps you warm even when it is wet — the crimped fibres trap air and shed moisture, so a damp sock still insulates. The New Zealand merino in High Country socks is fine and soft, breathable enough for a long climb, and naturally slow to hold odour, so a multi-day tramp stays comfortable to the end. We knit them with reinforced heels and toes, and a cushioned sole for the trail.
